HSE Policy

  1. The management of the Oman National Training Institute is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and environmentally sustainable work and training environment for all employees, trainees, visitors, and relevant stakeholders, considering health, safety, and the environment (HSE) as an essential part of the work culture and key factors in the institute’s success and sustainability.
  2. The institute establishes clear and measurable HSE objectives, which are regularly reviewed to ensure continuous improvement.
  3. The institute complies with all applicable HSE laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to recognized professional best practices related to training activities.
  4. The institute implements an effective HSE management system with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure a safe training and working environment.
  5. All employees and trainees are committed to contributing to a safe work and training environment by complying with procedures, promptly reporting hazards, and participating in awareness programs. The institute management is committed to promoting awareness and maintaining effective communication regarding HSE requirements among employees, trainers, trainees, and visitors.
  6. Promoting awareness and enhancing effective communication regarding health, safety, and environmental requirements, as well as emergency procedures, among employees, trainers, trainees, and visitors, in a manner that contributes to strengthening a culture of prevention and maintaining a safe work and training environment.
